Located in the Fredericksburg Virginia area, we serve government and local businesses in Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Culpeper, Orange, Hanover, Caroline, Louisa, King George, and surrounding counties throughout Northern and Central Virginia. Karen Tom was born and raised in San Francisco, California. She enlisted in the US Marine Corp Reserves and then the US Army where she retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 after 20 years of military service. She has a Masters in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management.
